I guess it just depends on how crazy you are. I believe the really insane people don't realize. I have a few mental conditions but I realize when I'm acting crazy. That's how I can control it.

I don't think it is like that at all. Most people that have a mental illness are embarrassed & can not help it. The people you are decribing are drunk or on drugs. Well at least I hope so.

A crazy person, would not find that behavior crazy...but just the way they are and would not question it..so if that is what you do...and you are questioning it..then you are not crazy
