I'm told the carpets and the padding will need to be replaced. I was thinking of placing down hardwood. Should I have the subfloor cleaned and sealed to be safe, or is it enough to just remove carpeting and padding? There were two large dogs in the house. I would also paint the interior walls. I'm wondering if I should consider buying or if I should walk away from the deal. Thanks. No flames, please.

We got a long distance block on our phone to prevent people from running our phone bill through the roof. The problem is: Even our local police department is long distance from our house! So if we have to call the police, we have to dial 911 because we won't be able to call the sheriff's department sense its long distance! The State police isn't long distance, but often times the state will refer me back to the county. They are nice enough to transfer me to the county, but I don't wanna bother these guys when I need to be getting to my local police department. These men and women put their lives on the line for us, and I respect them. I just wish they had a better system for communicating!

I'm the only child and I'm mainly home alone. So I fantasize about the future and I just day dream and just imagine what would happen if I started dating this person or that person. Also right before I start dating a guy I always start to think about them. When I was living with my aunt and uncle I really never had time for it... n when I'm iwth my friends I don't have time for it. Another yahoo user's question about the ''N word'' inspired me to ask this one. Caucasion people shouldnt be offended by being called a ''cracker'' because it is actually referring to your skin color and unless you're insecure about it, and/or HATE actual crackers, you shouldnt be offended. If someone were to call me an ''oreo'' because of my mixed race (black and white) I would not by any means be offended. Im happy with who I am and dont care to get offended by someone making a comparison between me and something that shares the same color(s). Im not judging those of you who are offended by it, or would be (if someone called you a ''cracker'' in a heated argument) but I'm curious as to why.

It was mostly Blue and White with red lettering ... I think .. usually had a roll bar some did and a front bumper with a skid plate .. I tried looking online but didn't find what I was looking ...
