i have a NVIDIA gforce 5200 fx with a 128 mb of ram but it's made buy a third party person EVGA. now can i go to NVIDIA driver site to upload the divers since i lost the disk ?

The Nvidia site has a single download for all GeForce cards... so just pick your card type and operating system, you'll be fine- you don't have to specify the exact 3rd party model.

Yes you can. Evga uses the same drivers as the ones that Nvidia posts out on their site. In the past Evga did have their own drivers, but the last time I tried to download from their site it just redirected me back to the Nvidia download link.
