What do you think? Is it ok with you? Would you be ok if your doctor had one small round hoop in his left ear? The reason I am asking is because I have both of my ears pierced and wear either small tiny hoops or square diamond studs. I am going to graduate in May and have my Bachelor's in Psych. I am not sure though how people would feel about seeing a counselor or therapist that has a small stud or tiny hoop in one or both ears. What do you think?

Yes Folks, I live in Maryland and I hate it when people say we are a Northern State. We are not any way associated with The North ! Unlike the north, we are very rural, and we DO still have some confederate flags! Maryland Came into This country as a Southern State, it is below the Mason Dixion Line, The Accent is KINDA Southern at southern maryland and so are the people. WERE NOT THE DARN NORTH! Folks please don't use that Mid Atlantic BS. Because Mid Atlantic is not a direction .

This afternoon a stray kitten decided she liked me (and since I'm still a third grade kid inside, I liked her and wanted to keep her.) I checked around the neighborhood and no one knew where she belonged. My boyfriend and I decided to put her in the backyard, gave her kitten food and water and placed a cat bed in a covered shelter.

We've decided to keep her. She was thirsty and hungry (more so than normal) so I'm not sure whoever she belonged to was taking care of her. And, let's face it, we are both suckers for animals in need.

We already have a 10 year old cat who really does believe the world revolves around her (our fault, cuz we spoil her). I know we need to keep the new kitten away from our cat until we can check for disease.

Is there anything else we need to worry about? Any ideas on how to introduce the new kitten into our household- our cat has already started hissing at the window. I've never taken in a stray before. I'm mostly concerned with keeping our cat safe.

All lights work outside and inside except turn signals, emergency flashers work properly inside and outside as well. Any ideas? it is on a 1990 ford taurus sedan. The windshield wipers also have a mind of their own, they work when they want to.

I have a friend that constantly makes me feel bad about myself. She makes jokes about my looks all the time (I don't find them funny at all really offensive) And she always calls me and a lot of other people stupid. She is just always putting me down in different ways. I confront her and tell her that that offends me all she does is get mad at me for getting mad at her. She dosen't even care that she hurt my feelings. Then later she does something like push me or make a comment, acting like she dosen't even remember that I am mad at her. She never has apologized to me, ever. I can't just avoid her, I have seven straight classes with her plus we are in some of the same extracuricular classes, and I am not quitting any of them.

What should I do?
I tried talking to her it dosen't work at all. She just gets mad at me. She dosen't care. Her and another one of my so called friends were talking about me one day after she had mad me mad. They think I am stupid or something.
