All lights work outside and inside except turn signals, emergency flashers work properly inside and outside as well. Any ideas? it is on a 1990 ford taurus sedan. The windshield wipers also have a mind of their own, they work when they want to.

Go to a mechanic to get it fixed ASAP. Probably need a new bulb for the turn signals or the electrical wiring not supplying power to the turn signal.Maybe the turn signal handles don't fuction.

Check your fuses first for your turn signal and if it,s OK your flasher is probably shot replace it,It,s a simple task . And if your wiper,s are acting crazy it,s probably the switch they can be a hard task if it,s on the steering colum I would recommend taking it to a shop !!
