ihave a bad cough and told its boncitious i use inhalers and my dr. put me on tranquerlizers they give bad dreams and make me sleepy all the time.they also scare me that i'm going to die if idon't or i'm not going to wake up when i fall asleep.

I used to go to bed at 11 or 11:30pm and wake up at 6am religiously, with waking once or twice in the night. However the past 2 weeks I have been going to bed at 11 and waking at 3 or 4am and am unable to go back to sleep. I am so tired during the day. I go to sleep at 11 and sleep just fine. Then at 3 or 4 I am wide awake. I do not drink caffine in the evenings. Don't eat 3 hours before bed. I don't take naps, even though I'd like to because I'm exhausted during the day. I would appreciate any suggestions that would help me. Thanks!

Someone asked below if people are beginning to feel winter depression.

For me, it's the other way around =p
I love winter and I'm in the best of moods when it starts to turn cold!! (Aye aye, I live in the UK now.) When summer comes and it starts getting hot, I get bored, depressed, headachy, and I want to do nothing but sleep.

Anyone else the same here? =p

Met a bloke last night that i used to go to school with. I didn't fancy him initially but he made me laugh and feel good so i agreed to meet up with him later for a chat. Ok when I was 15 years old I got a DWI yes I know I was stupid but I went to court and the judge sentenced me to 1 year probation,comm.service and angermanagment classes and heres the big one he said i could not get my license until I was 21, well I done everything I was told to do. Well I am now 20 and 5 months away from my 21st birthday and I have a 3 year old child and I am also married and it is sooo hard for me not to have my license and I just know there is a way to get them since I have a child and my husband works and theres no way for me to take my child to the doc. or anything like that and i know its 5 months away but i cant wait. So if anyone knows what I can do I really do appreciate it and please no smart comments I will report you. Thanks

I see the vast majority of coins in dealer shoppes are encased in those little square cardboard stapled flips. When you buy them like that, how are you suppose to store them? Do those flips have a plastic or mylar film over them? How do you protect those type encased coins from being damaged?
