I do freelance web design, and this is a new problem for me. I usually know my clients very well, but this time I took a referal from an old coworker. I met with the person, and did quite a bit of work on their site. Now the time has come to get paid, and I haven't heard from my "client" since I emailed him the bill. I tried to email him a few times over a month with no success.

If it was around $100 I'd forget about it, but the bill is about $450 (which we discussed prior to me starting). I have all of this guys site content, so that isn't the issue. The main issue is all the time I worked on his site, which was a lot.

Since we had a verbal agreement and I have lots of back and forth emails between us about the site, should I take him to small claims court? Do I wait and see if he ever gets back to me? I don't know what to do... argh!

Lately, I have had alot of trouble sleeping. I can lie in bed for hours on end, but my mind is constantly racing, and it gets worse when im trying to sleep. It wasnt so much of a problem at first, but now I've been missing school because when I dont sleep all night or when I only get a couple of hours sleep, I feel really sick the next morning.

Last night, I couldnt get to sleep until 2 in the morning, and the previous night 3:30 (I have to get up at 6 for school). I almost threw up and I asked my mom if I could stay home, and she just blew up at me! I didnt know what to say, she was just so mad that I had asked.

I hate missing school, because then I have lost of makeup work to do. but if I went to school sick, they would just send me back home.

Its just, at night my mind races with terrible thoughts, worse than during the day, about killing people and blowing stuff up (I may be schizophrenic, idk)and I just cant sleep. im not on meds 4 my paranoia or depression.what do I do?

Considering I'm not ready for the antichrist to take office right yet hopefully McCain will win.

I think he would be a good choice for both parties, he can be stern when he needs to be and he knows he has to stroke the democrats ego's to keep them happy.

Do you think he would be good for both sides also?

I meet this guy at school and he would hit on me and told me he liked me. I told him that I had a boyfriend and that I loved him a lot. We then became friends, but my boyfriend found out he used to like me. He told me to stop talking to him, but he still calls me. He doesn't hit on me anymore and his a nice friend. What do you guys think? Is it cheating? I wouldn't do anything with him his just a friend.

The Browns defense rocks. They shut down michael vick and the falcons last week. They come up strong every week. (this is partially unrealized since they are always on the field) the browns have a lot of talent on offense including kellen winslow, braylon edwards, and ruben drones who rushed for over 1000 yards last year.

this leaves three possible reasons for the browns 3-6 record....
1. poor offensive line
2. poor offensive coaching
3. charlie frye sucks

1 and 2 are definite problems but I believe this is one situation where if we had a decent QB, it could make the Browns competitive. It could help get the ball in the hands of our playmakers like winslow and edwards. What do you think?

The ones who allow their underage children to drink alcohol, smoke pot, and have sex, as long as they do it at home. Their reasoning is that "Well, he/she is going to do it anyway, so I'd rather them be here where I know they will be safe, and not out running the streets with god knows who."
