Is it all dependant on what's said? and what of the things my black lab is telling me? Should I listen to him as well?

if it tells you to love people, thats God

Someone else in fairly recent history asked a very similar question. His name was David Berkowitz. I would encourage you not to worry so much about whether the voices in your head are coming from God or the Devil. I would be more than somewhat concerned that you are hearing voices period. I am also a little curious why you chose to spell the word "coming" as "cumming"; as they have two entirely different meanings. As far as what the voices are saying, I can only hope that at least one of them tells you to seek professional help. Listen to that one. On the outside chance that you are simply having a little fun by posting a question such as this, my suggestion to you is this... Get off your computer, get out of the house, watch a sunset, do something that will fill the void in your life; preferably without hurting anyone. Best of luck in your endeavors.

If you see a vision to go make war and establish a holy roman empire, much like Constantine did, and set up the epitome of apostacy, and label it something that it is a counterfeit of, then I would say, by all means, it must be from god.

There's a Scripture that plainly states, "Try (test) the spirits and see whether they be of God." IN other words, pray about it and ASK Him! He'll guide you to an answer somehow through the measure of your diligence and faith.

Get medical help if you're hearing any voices. That's my advice. You could be suffering from schizophrenia.

While it is possible to hear the words of otherworldly beings, I'm thinking that in your case, you should seek psychological intervention first.
