i have been a very active person, i used to get up early in the morning, clean & do breakfast, go out and accomplish all my ticks for the day and used to go to gym everyday...now i dont even go out of the house, i sleep late, wake up late, dont do anything, surf internet and just wonder why i became so lazy! Now that regular gym has been cut im starting to gain weight...im seriously considering this as illness, what shall i do? pls help!
