You know getting a call or text on a cell phone will cause both sometimes.

Static IP - disable under TCP/IP.
Static audio - verify all cables are plugged in securely
Static video - no magnets (speakers, etc) close to monitor, cables are plugged in securely.

This may sound strange but move your speakers away from your monitor. Move them more to the back of the monitor. That could clear up a few things.

your monitor is probably on its way out and the cord is interfering with the connection
