A couple refused to stop petting in an American plane the other day so they were arrested and could face upto 20yrs in prison.
What do you think of their conduct?

Apparently he threatened the Hostess when she ask them to stop. Was blind drunk and **** himself!
Just the sort of goy I want next to me when I fly again.....NOT.

couldn't they have waited unitl they arrived at their destination. i don't think they should get 20 years but it would have just been polite to stop.

You would have to define petting. Holding hands, hugging, stroking each others arms, faces, backs, legs. kissing? 20 years? It's impolite but, a crime? Or were they touching each others private parts defined as lewd and indecent behavior? They should have a law against passing gas on an airplane. Is that next?

IDo you recall another news story where people were having sex on airplanes in the rooms they have created for changing babies' diapers. The flight attendents giggled about it. What really happened here was a flight attendent was called in to go on a trip when she/he didn't want to or something similar.

Freedom without respect results in loss of freedom. Of course, government has a tendency to pass laws until it's citizens are stifled and then the govenment its self become stifled and is overthrown. How much longer do we have?

As someone who flies regularly and dreads using the toilets on a plane at any stage, I think we can safely assume I am not in the mile high club! Even the first class toilets are tiny and I think it would be so uncomfortable (not to mention a little germy!). Id rather a nice, big hotel bed :O

They probably should have stopped out of consideration for the other passengers, but 20 years seems just a bit harsh.

I'm not a member and have no intentions of becoming one...but....what a way to take your mind off the fear of flying! About the couple - why didn't they go to the toilet and do it?

I think it sucks . .

there are always these drunk assholes on the planes who are violent or abusive, and they get completely off . . .
