im looking to buy a creative zen vision: m but as a previous ipod user ive bought many albums and songs on itunes. can these songs be used on the zen? if not is there a way to convert them? also, can i put songs from my itunes library onto the zen if i didnt purchase them from the itunes music store (ie getting them from limewire)

basically i want to know if itunes works with creative zen vision

As far as the limewire stuff, yes, anything that's on your computer that the Zen can play (ie, mp3 or wma format, and no restrictive DRM) can be transferred to your Zen. Whatever music software you use (I use Media Monkey, I hate the Creative software) will scan you system for music to add to its libary.

As far as the stuff you bought off iTunes, technically no--Apple uses their own DRM (not to mention format) that isn't compatible with other systems. There are ways to circumvent the DRM, but even though you paid for the song you can't do that legally, so it can't be discussed here. You'll have to google for more info. Better yet, ask your question at http://www.epizenter.net , an excellent source for Zen info.

Yes itunes works with the creative zen vision i own one and my itune songs work on mine, hope that helps you out .

Most pods have to be rerecorded and this is done on a
separate page. In order to play them thru, go to the juke,
load them on and then go to edit and chose some lite effect.
Creative user posts may tell you what to record for the best
sound.
