I would like your opinions....LOW CARB diets (ie Atkins, South Beach, etc.) vs all the LOW FAT diets ..... and why??? What do you think makes one more effective than the other??? I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT, or I can't go on! It seems I am addicted to sweets (never was before), and all I crave and have to have is junk foods!

My automatic car rolls back slightly in neutral but then comes to a stop and then wont move again till put into drive position - this occurs if the engine is running or not. Is this the correct function of an automatic car?

Was going out with an amazing girl when she said that she wasn't ready to be a couple as she had broken up with her last boyfriend just a short time ago and hadn't been single since she was 12. i hear stories of people having near death experiances, adn they tell stories of light, contentment happyness adn seing all the tins you love in life. science tells me that this is due to your brain fiering of signals to all parts of your brain in panic. therfore when we die we die. should i feel sad that when im dead im dead knowing that science says in not going anywhere its all in my mind, or does it matter what science says because you know your going to think those thought before you die and you can believe our going to a better place?

someone is heard to say truthfully:

I met this guy online (I know, I know... it is a dangerous out there). We have been chatting for almost 4 mths and then, he said he was in love with me. I've told him that online does not work, it is better to be friends. We both could connect really well. He had showned me a lot of his pictures, pic of his ex, his family member, his band maid (website) and where he works. I have even checked for his online profile consistency and so far, he have not spotted a lie. Then, he said he wanted to come here and make things work for us. He wants to know if I am the settling down type. I said, with the right one yes which he asked for 1 month to sort things out. The next day, he IM me. He had something to tell me but I was sleepy. So, he suggested next day. Then he went offline for 8 weeks and I have not heard from him. His online profile is no longer around. He did not pick up the ecard I sent him. He travels for his sales job antours for his band sometimes. Can he be this busy or ???
