I want to quit smoking to save money and for the sake of my health but every time I give up i get paranoid and angry at the slightest thing! I think half of it is all in my head, I convince myself that life is not worth living without smoking.

I am down in the dumps. I despise my body and myself. I'm not always like this. There are days where I love everything about me. But not today. Any ideas how to feel good about myself permanently? At least close enough to permanently? I find it hard to finish work, and it doesn't help when there's a deadline. Please, any ideas to help get rid of this feeling would be greatly appreciated.

Seems like many people here are mad that USSR fighters are dominating the sport......kinda weird considering how dedicated they are to the sport. Unlike the american fighters Rahman (aka straight from the ghetto), Brock (way overrated), and toney (good but when will this guy retire?). Russian fighters bring dedication to the sport, something that has been lacking in america.

Wlad is the real deal. He won the gold in the olympics, where there is no bullshit promoting. You cant say that about Rahman, Toney, or Brock.

Okay this might be hard to understand but I will make it as simple as possible

I asked a girl that is sort of my gf (I asked her out and she said yes) to the movies today and she wrote back 4 hours later saying
"Hey just got ur message how about we get off the bus together on Tuesday and go for a walk, cause it might not happen, k? PS I am sorry"

Now I need to know what it all means and I cannot ask her!
Does 'cause it might not happen' mean that we are not going to the movies or that we are not going for a walk'?
And does I am sorry mean that she's sorry about replying so late, or that shes sorry cause she doesnt think its working out???

I am not a freakin mind reader!!! Help me
