I think if an employee is thanked and appreciated for the good work they do, and not just hit up for the errors... they will be comfortable and happy in their job. Just because you're paying people to work, don't mean u gotta be an *** to get things done...

I already am a manager of a company. When a new product comes in, before it goes on sale we have a meeting. Basically brain storm a few things that can be done with the product and how we can best sell that product. We hold meetings with all the employees so they can all understand and know what it's about, when they feel like they know something, they are more willing to get behind it and sell it to our customers.

i think of, the 1st think of is nice behavioural ideas-set in the direction of workers. provide and take admire is a important ingredient and of direction, some style of overall performance appraisal and giving some greater financial reward will develop the staff to greater effective serve the business enterprise and thereby develop in production. in short, a good congenial working environment, in all experience, will enable the worker to place his or her suitable efforts for the betterment of the corporation, so additionally for his/her very own betterment. maximum company heads, i don't say, all, have not got this in ideas.

Set goals(tasking)for them to do, Or ask them,what it takes to get more Production out them.Follow through with the decisions
you make.There are those who will fall on the side line Discreetly
get rid of them.

Goal achievement based bonuses/perks/promotions is pretty much the standard model for increasing productivity.

there are plenty of people out there willing to work and want to work...have watched so many younger people out there think they are deserving and think everything should be handed to them and that they should be coddled.....you come to work to do just that ...WORK..this is not a social , dating, recreational or gaming club
