Look, you gain weight by eating fattening foods and lots of it. Cut out the starches, the fats and stay with fresh food like salads, turkey salads (no mayo) fruit, etc. Don't eat more than 3 times a day even if you are hungry. No candy bars!!! No ice cream. Obviously, the less intake of food, the slimmer you will get. Eating can be due to stress, anger, unhappiness, too much exercise (you get hungry). It can be to other psychological problems and food is a way to peace and salvation. Stay way from coke and Pepsi, Dr. Pepper. Drink unsweetened tea.
If you reduce your food intake and watch the food you eat you can lose several pounds a week. Try it.

Eat less fried and oily food eat veggies and drink lots of water, and run or jog while talking(I do that) and relax don't worry my friend is 12 and is like 61 or something he doesn't worry that much and don't be caught by those fast slimming ideas on tv or net just eat healthy diet and excersise. Okay?

i would get a workout system goin just watch your portions when you eat dont eat alot of fried foods and even walking 30 minutes a day would be a good start

drink juice of 2 lemons mixed with 2 spoon honey as first thing in the morning ..start jogging and swimming.... stop eating junk, fast and fried food...

go play!!! find something you enjoy doing, like a sport. Something that keeps you movin and busy.

why don't you consider taking up a social sport like soccer, football, or even tennis or swimming? you will also meet new friends!!!
