My boyfriend and I have known each other four 12 years. We have been a couple for 2 years. We were going to be married on June 4, 2005. But we never did it. We have a beautiful daughter together who is 9 months old. He says that I am his wife to everyone, and that we are soul mates and all. But why have we not gone to get the real title?? I think he is scared to make it offical. What do you think?

He says that Biblical text should not be interpreted literally if it contradicts what we know from science and our God-given reason. St. Augustine says that if you do take the Bible literally that a non-Christian would scarcely be able to keep from laughing.

If one of your own saints thinks that literal interpretation of the Bible is silly, why would there be any surprise when others laugh?

Most men expect their wives to work, clean, cook, attend the kids, and then still retribute is other ways. Should we have some extra help? I would be glad just to work and come home and nothing else.

My last period ended on Oct. 12th but i was ovulating 2 days afterward (stange....i know...but its true. my cycle is weird although i get my period on time every month) and my boyfriend and i had unprotected sex. My period is now late by 3 days. If i am pregnant i would be about 3-4 weeks, right? What are the first signs of pregnancy?? Im just curious because i have some but im not sure if they are either signs of pregnancy or signs that my period is coming. A lot of people said that the first signs of pregnancy and signs that your period is coming are very similar, is this true?? Thank you!
My symptoms of either pregnancy or late period:
1.) Bloating
2.) Extremely Tired
3.) Craving for cheetos
4.) Nasuea in the morning (no vomiting)
5.) Constipation (some said its a sign)
6.) Weird feelings in my abdomen area
7.) My stomach is very hard down around where my uterus is...but might not be because of pregnancy.

I heard this story from someone a few months ago. His brother was camped out on the Murray River in NSW and a group of Aboriginals warned him not to leave anyone alone at the fireplace at night. They said there was a creature which they called a Brown Jack which might take them. They couldn't describe it because nobody had ever seen it. People just vanished. I thought this might be a local version of the popular Bunyip story but my research has yielded nothing. It could be a wind up but my Bushy friend says his brother knew these tribesmen and believed they were serious. I'm very interested in folklore and monster stories but I can't find any other accounts. Anybody here from NSW Australia familiar with this story?

My current fiance' 3 boys constantly talk back, act out, do not listen, etc. Her middle child recently got suspended from 1st grade??? Their father who, gets them every other weekend, constantly talks bad about their mother saying the reason he doesn't take them anywhere or do things with them is because he's broke from paying their mother. In return, when the kids come back from their dads house each weekend and work we've done as far as correcting their behavior is no erased and we get kids (none older than 9) that talk back, slam doors, etc. As a step-father-to-be I try and speak with the kids. I tell them this is not the way to act. (I have 4 of my own well behaved from a previous marriage) I worry when my kids come over that they try and pick up these bad habits. My fiance's kids really stree me out however since I work a lot during the week I hardly have any interaction. She tries her best but the dad erases any work we do every other weekend. I am setting myself up here?
