Get a new friend, and talk to your boyfriend. If he dates her, then, dump him too. Those aren't friends, merely someone you know.
Friends don't do that to their friends.

tell your boyfriend ! thats messed up. my best friend did that to me and i tried making her feel bad. but all she did was cry in front of others called me a btch. -.- i say befriend her, and if your boyfriend says yes to the date, hes not a very good bf then.

Ask her back - 'can i date your dad then?'. If she say no then say no to her too. How about telling her that your bf hate her or something that turn her off so she stop asking.

a) you could get mad at her, but your boyfriend could think you are over jealous and that you dont trust him
b)trust your boyfriend to do the right thing, but you could get burned
c)ask your friend to back off and then do a or b
