My girlfriend is very insecure and when I lost my job last week, I asked for some time to reflect on the situation but did not fully explain the situation to her. She thought I was out doing something bad and late that night when her exhusband called after a fight with his current wife, they ended up getting together. She felt bad and told me, and I now want him to fess up to his wife as well but he says that if she finds out that he will post pictures of my girlfriend (his exwife) on the internet of when she was posing naked back when they were married. He also threatens my professional license and any other dirt he thinks he can dig up, makes no difference if it is true or not. That is like stabbing me in the back and then continueing to twist the knife. OUCH.Forgot to mention that my girlfriend is 8 months pregant with my child. Triple OUCH.

I have left jobs before because of unwanted "attention" from the men I work with. I don't dress suggestivley. I work in a gym ( I wear yoga pants and tshirts or sweatshirts). He knows my family. I don't flirt with him or make it seen that anything could happen between us. What's the deal? What subconscious signals could I be sending to these men that make them think it's okay to come on to me?

In general, I mean a well-behaved 7-year-old girl. I'm making a comic, and she's the daughter of the main character, but what the hell do I know about seven year olds? I can't remember when I was seven all that well. And I don't regularly hang around them, since I'm in high school, and none of my friends have brothers and sisters that young, and even if they did, they'd really only describe them as bratty.

So, how do the 7-year-olds you know act?

I cried in front of my b/f(we dated 4 a month) when he was alreadly kinda freaked out.He just turned 21 at the time,never had a g/f before.we kissed and went fast(he was the aggessor)on the way home he was saying stuff like he never has done anything like this before,mind going a mile a minute and he was confused.He tried 2 cheer me up but I was quiet the ride home.I went to kiss him on just on the lips,he kissed me with his tounge. I pulled away and cried,said I didn't want to confuse him anymore.he said he'd call but he didn't. 9 months went by and I saw him at my work. he said he saw I was real attached to him and when we kissed something clicked and he knew he didn't like me.I asked if it was all pretend or did he like me b4 and he said I really liked you. So what do you think happened? btw I am 24.he said I did nothing wrong. he comes 2 my work and I bag 4 him n he talks 2 me.does he still have feelings 4 me.he seems 2 really care.he kept saying how bad he feels.

I looked on ebay and craigslist, people want $100 for 15 pieces of clothing that looks ugly. Plus, what if I buy them online and they are too small or don't fit right?

I don't want to spend a lot of money on maternity clothes, I want just a few pair of jeans and t-shirts. Should I just ask for gift cards to maternity stores for Christmas?

I have plenty of money, but I never like to spend a lot of money on clothes, especially when I won't wear them very long.

How much maternity clothes did you buy? Like how many pants, t-shirts, etc.

Any ideas?

My Daughter is 15 months and I'm debating switching her daycare to one that is much closer to where I work. The pros would be that I would be able to spend much more time with her in the morning and evening. Also this daycare has much nicer facilities and a more structured day. She enjoys going to her daycare now, but they have not switched her out of the baby room, because a drop in enrollement. So she doesn't have much room to walk around or interact with older children.
Even though I know in the long run the pros are in the new daycare, is it going to have a negative effect on my child if I take her out of an environment she is comfortable in?

I am filing a small claims case in regards to an ebay fraud. I paid $789.00 for a television i never received in return, as promised by the ebay seller. Now I have to take him to smalls claims court out of state. They county clerk said that there is a pre-trial hearing scheduled 45 days after filing. Now if we don't come to an agreement and he still refuses to give me the money owe to me, that means i would have to fly back to Florida again. Which means more travel costs. The cost of travel will end up being more than i am suing for. My question is can you do pre-trial cases over the phone??? I know small claims probably will not reimburse for travel.right? even if it is fraud?? What should I do?? Please help! I don't want this loser to get away with this. Its not fair.

My dad is diabetic and I feel so sorry for him whenever Christmas comes around because he used to adore chocolate and all the luxury festive food you can buy. I'd love him to still be able to enjoy it a bit without doing himself any harm so any ideas would be much appreciated!
