i had pierced my nose three weeks back and the piercer had put a temporary nose stud for me. and he asked me to use it for couple weeks. after two weeks i tried to put the gold one which i bought it from him....its a screw type one....the shaft of that stud is too small tat i cant able to tighten the screw. when i asked the piercer abt it he told me tat all the nose studs are of standard size so tat i hav to wear a wire type one.. i am not interested in wire type one and going to india shortly..and i would like to buy another one from there... is the shaft of the nose studs are of standard size or not...

My boyfriend is having a hard time finding a job. He has been out of the military for about 4 months and places he has looked at tell him he is over qualified. I asked him if he wanted me to look up some jobs for him. He said he doesn't like asking for help. My question is should I help him anyways or just let him be? I recently watched Fergie's new video "Fergielicious" on MTV and couldn't believe my eyes. I was on the treadmill at the time so I really didn't hear the song, but what the heck was she wearing? A girl scout uniform that looks like something a stripper would wear? How could she be so stupid! Young girls are watching (well hopefully not watching) this and look up to her as a role model. How can we prevent these women from dressing and acting like strippers and give women in this world some dignity. How can someone respect a person who has to dress like that. I know sex sells...apparently she needs the money. I'm not a prude, honestly, but when you have a video with kids and a candyland type of background who do you think is going to watch it?

This is quite long but brace yourselves if you wanna get 10 points. Well, I was friends with this boy since 3rd grade and we started to like each other out of nowhere but we never really told each other we did-it was kinda like this "silent relationship" i like to call it. So we were cool and all and I felt it and I guess he felt it too-besides it's your first love I mean~come on! So we had a lot in common and all and 7th grade came along~well, the FIRST day of school he asked me, "Do you have this class?" because we were 7th graders and we were new to the school. Anyways I told him "No" but now I SOOOOOO wish I had that class with him because then we could've walked there together and asked each other how summer was and how nervous or excited we are of starting middle school-but no, it didn't work out that way.

Feminism is usually connected with a kind of extremism, "femi-nazism", hating men, "female chauvinism", but I really wonder where are the proofs for that. Being engaged in feminist and gender researches for several years, and contacting with feminists from almost all over the world, I have never met any violent extremist, even among those who call themselves "radical feminists". Also, I have never seen any serious feminist text, book, proclamation, appeal with some offensive, men-hatred content. I would really like to hear from people who are so sure that feminists are just some "femi-nazis" etc, where did they read or hear that.
