I have a home office and I'm on the computer all day. I'm using my husband office chair but it is too big for that my lower back is killing me. I don't reach the back of the chair and have to crouch or sit up with no support on my poor back. Okay any suggestions.?

I meant to say "Husband's chair"

The thing is - you need it to work with your DESK also.

I'm 5'4" too - and have a lousy arrangement at work. So I'm always stiff & sore. What you are trying to achieve is a neutral, ergonomic position - your arms & legs should have nearly a 90 degree bend in the elbow and the knee (It should be slightly less than 90) So, for us shorter gals, often to make the desk work, we need a higher chair - and a footstool!

Hope this answers your question. Best of luck!
