Easy, the candidate that has received the most money from the businesses that are "interfered" with by government.
It's considered a cost of doing business. Buy the politicians necessary for getting things like pesky environmental or labor laws changed, watered down or just ignored.

No such thing happening in all State capitols, most definitely not in D.C. All these candidate's are interfering Business & malipulating the public! Why would the lobbist out number House members 60 to one! What your interpretation of interferance?
