As long as it's been frozen for the whole period, it should be fine. Happy eating!

I am really funny about things I find tucked back in my freezer. I myself would most probably throw it out… Turkeys especially this time of year our reasonably priced and in most stores they are running some type of program to end up with a free one. I'd be safe rather then sorry and get a new one. Mind you this is coming from someone that won't eat lunchmeat that is more then two days old… I know I'm weird what can I say lol

Yes, it should be great, but you are reaching the limits of frozen goodness. Use it this Thanksgiving, not next.

Yes it will be just fine if it has been kept frozen solid all that time.

It's probably safe to eat but not necessarily good to eat. I wouldn't serve meat frozen a year ago.

I would think that it is okay, as long as it has been frozen solid it is sure to be fine.

I did this, this past weekend and it was fine. Just be sure to let thaw completely and then bake as normal. I was worried about freezer burn and such, but I didn't have any problems.

As long as it never thawed out and has been sealed and is without freezer burn - it's good.
