Not everyone. It depends on what time zone you are in. Central Time and Eastern Standard Time always change their clocks back one hour in the fall and forward one hour in the spring. (Spring forward, Fall back) Eastern Standard is always one hour ahead of Central all year round. I don't know much about the other time zones. Someone else might be able to help you with those.

Not everyone. ALso, just FYI, we won't either in the next two years. They are going to do away with it all over the world in two years.

No. In Saskatchewan this doesn't occur. That's a province in Canada, by the way
