My bf broke up with me & he said he would never look back. He told me also that he will find the phone number of his customer girl he met the other day. Okay so I am like hella attracted to some girls and I even feel like a guy because when girls pass by I look at their asses like a guy would.

I'm really out of shape and decided to finally do something about it I started at 168lbs and it's now two weeks into it and I'm 162lbs. I work out 3 times a week with atrainer for 90-120minutes and twice at 90 minutes of cardio a week. I've drastically improved my diet as well. But the hardest think to me surprisingly is the pain I HURT EVERYWHERE anyone know of anything that would help this?

I was thinking about using it in a soup - roasting it first and then pureeing it with some other veg.
Anyone have any tried and tested recipes or top tips on cooking with this type of squash? I've had a look on google and found some interesting stuff but would like to hear other people's experiences.

I've not used or eaten any type of squash much before but I'm trying to expand my horizons and eat more seasonally available produce.
