I'm really out of shape and decided to finally do something about it I started at 168lbs and it's now two weeks into it and I'm 162lbs. I work out 3 times a week with atrainer for 90-120minutes and twice at 90 minutes of cardio a week. I've drastically improved my diet as well. But the hardest think to me surprisingly is the pain I HURT EVERYWHERE anyone know of anything that would help this?

When your body does something it is not used to it can be normal to get sore muscles afterwards. This can peak between 24 - 48 hours after you stop exercising and is known as delayed onset muscles soreness. The good news is that getting this soreness will help your body to avoid getting sore in the future, it gives you a kind of protection. But only until you do something else that you're not used to, like increasing the workload.

Generally it is better to start off quite slow if you haven't exercised for a while and this will help you to avoid the soreness.

I need to make it clear that this only applies to muscles soreness, if you have any other pain then that is not expected and you get it checked out.

I know the feeling. I was 175# I am now down to 160#. I have a Bow-Flex and work out 30 mins 4 x's a week. I have very sore muscles, I have found that takes a nice hot bath - resting after wards and then walking my dog has helped to loosen up the sore muscles. I stretch alot and use light weights in the house, bending from left to right. this has really helped. Went to a gym for awhile and had a trainer myself { she almost killed me }. Could not stand the pase she was putting me through. I am not a pill person, so I have no idea what you would take to pain otherwise. Good Luck on your diet....

Aleve or Advil. Don't take more in a 24-hr period than the directions say.
Of course you're gonna be sore. You need to take a day off here and there and let your muscles recuperate or risk longterm damage.

If it is muscle pain, you should ice it after you work out. IB Profin can also help with muscle pain. Make sure you stretch well right after you work out. It is more important to stretch after than it is to stretch before.
