My friend, a goth girl, says that she used to go out on the weekends, friday and saturday night, and during the party or whatever she would usually at least kick one guy. She did this over a three year period. 50 weeks a year, 3 years ... is nearly 150 guys!!!!!! She stopped of course because when the last guy recovered he walked calmly up to her and then kicked her button as hard as humanly possible. She said she wouldn't kick any more guys after that. I asked why .... because its not fair that it hurts that bad....

My hospital is trying to decide what game system we need to purchase and install in our playroom for sick children. We are having a cabinet maker build a wall mount assembly to hold up the game system and a flat panel tv. We would need to have some age specific games for kids 4 to 9 and then 10 and up. We would also try to stay away from violent games because of the age groups. A local GameStop store has suggested that we might want a GameCube since they have more kid friendly games. Also, the GameStop people are possibly looking to donate a game or two for our special project. So if you know what games we should start with, it would be a great help for us if you listed them. All religions believe they have the absolute truth. How do you
know when you have it? If God wants us to serve Him, why doesn't he manifest which religion has the absolute truth? Since He has not done that, is it logical to conclude that no one has the "truth"? I thought God is not a God of confusion.

I cannot get the log files to email to my yahoo email account. The SMTP server address I am using is smtp.mail.yahoo.com. The rest is clear cut - my email address, password, etc. The other thing is the SMTP port - is it 25?
Every time I try it, my McAfee virus scan comes up with protocol errror. HELP! Please don't tell me I wasted my $!

A girl that one of my guy friends is dating (living with actually) does not want him to see or speak to me...low self-esteem issues. Now, she is just being a total *****! We are all 30, but the 15yr old in me just needs to do something! Something that wont hurt her physically of course, but just something to really piss her off. A lot of other countries require compulsory military service for two years. What do you think of doing something similar here, EXCEPT--and this is a big except--people can either choose the military or an international or domestic service program. Both options provide housing, food, an income, and a ranking system whereby the person can improve his/her status and income (like the military) in exchange for the two years' service. I think this would be a good way to teach people responsibility and ownership of their actions.
Everyone would do this, male and female, and two years would take place immediately following high school or GED. Those who wanted to go to college first could do so, but they would be required to fulfill their two years when they graduated (for example, a med school graduate could do his two years as a government doctor, and would be paid government doctor rates, but would have to go where there is need, just like "non college" participants.
