Nope both parties are equally corrupt and it matters not who is charge. The truth about this will never be fully known although many intelligent people have theorized what happened.

I'm doubtful. Judging by the way most Democrats have voted over legislations Bush has put before them, it looks like they're folding under political pressures. Also, considering the changes Bush has made in our Constitution and Presidential powers, I don't hear Democrats speaking up much, or very loudly, so I'm beginning to mistrust them, as well.
Few people realize that Bush's constitutional changes REDEFINED America. We are ALREADY a different country than we were just a few years ago...only our name remains unchanged.
PNAC perpetrated 9-11, and used Mossad agents to carry it off. According to their website, PNAC, by way of economic and military force, wants to bring the rest of the world under the umbrella of a new socio-economic Pax Americana. The New World Order. PNAC's ideology can be found in a White Paper produced in September of 2000 entitled "Rebuilding America's Defenses: Strategy, Forces and Resources for a New Century." When Bush assumed the Presidency, the men who created and nurtured the world domination schemes of PNAC became the men who run the Pentagon, the Defense Department and the White House. On September 11th, when the Towers came down, these men saw their chance to turn their White Papers (of exactly a year earlier) into substantive policy.
Vice President Dick Cheney is a founding member of PNAC, along with Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and Defense Policy Board chairman Richard Perle. Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz is the ideological father of the group. Bruce Jackson, a PNAC director, served as a Pentagon official for Ronald Reagan before leaving government service to take a leading position with the weapons manufacturer Lockheed Martin. William Kristol, famed conservative writer for the Weekly Standard, is also a co-founder of the group. The Weekly Standard is owned by Ruppert Murdoch, who also owns international media giant Fox News.
What HAPPENED is not the big news, however. What's COMING is the real shocker. Bush made specific changes to our constitution to remove American citizen's protections from our own government, and greatly reduce and interference he may get from congress. Do some research on our economy, how our dollar is being artificially boosted by a few other nations (against our extraordinary national debt), and how those countries are beginning to pull out of that deal...and how tragic that is going to be for the world's economy. Take a look also at how this will cause IMMENSE money shifts into the hands of an already powerful few. Look into the "terminator seeds" Monsanto has developed through government funding, and consider the implications. Take another look at FEMA, and what it's REAL powers are during a (vaguely defined) national emergency. They become our totalitarian government, and cannot be touched by congress.
We no longer (safely) have a say. Bush changed our laws to make sure of that. Can you say "enemy combatant"?

People
Educate yourselves , watch more c-span.......
Iran has nukes, North Korea has Nukes, China has nukes (probably wouldn't use them though), Morroco is wacko and terrorist cells are popping up like Clinton when the wind blows. We need to educate and become a little proactive ourselves. As far as an investigation goes who knows, probably. That's what Dems do. If the country came together for just a little while, wouldn't that be a spectacular thing!

i'm hoping Maxine receives more effective than in basic terms the "warm seat!" She's corrupt! yet so are Laura Richardson & John Murtha. that is fantastic that we are not listening to a lot about this yet maximum are dems. in basic terms a pair are GOP yet you comprehend we will be listening to a lot if maximum were republicans - double favourite? HELL sure!

Yes and they will stretch it on until the next presidential election trying to pull in any republican that my run. Furthermore that will be all they do for six years. No education reform, no immigration reform, no health care no social security, no medicare, no FEMA reform, no change in national security and no border protection. They will run on the "facts" their "investigations" uncover NOT on actually full filling any of their promises.

No. They will be too busy impeaching the Bush adminstration from the top down. After than, investigate all the Indian tribe scams and homosexual pedophies. Then there will be only about 6 Republicans left.

If it is investigated AGAIN, and more millions wasted, AGAIN, then it would show that regardless the party affiliation, tax payers are taken advantage of, and money is wasted for NO DANG REASON.
There are better ways to spend my money then rehashing what will never be solved to every ones satisfaction.

I think it would be more appropriate to investigate the President and why he either knowingly lied or naively lied to the American public and the world about Iraqi weapons of mass destruction and links between Sadaam and terrorism.
Bill Clinton was impeached for oral sex and Bush seems to get away scot-free for complicity in the deaths of thousands. Go figure.
