Personally I feel boys saying your underpants is a little embarassing, but truthfully it isn't really rude. Though if they yell it half way across the room (this goes for everyone) it is definatly rude.

It depends on the situation & the girl. Some girls like having their underpants hang out. I would rather someone tell me so I didn't look like an idiot. Who knows what kind of pervs are watching.

Its not rude if they tell you politely and quietly. But if they say where everyone else can hear then yes its rude.

it is rude for anyone to do it in mean manner but if he does it politly just to let her know that they are showin then no it would not be rude.
