A girl that one of my guy friends is dating (living with actually) does not want him to see or speak to me...low self-esteem issues. Now, she is just being a total *****! We are all 30, but the 15yr old in me just needs to do something! Something that wont hurt her physically of course, but just something to really piss her off. BTW...she lives two hours from where I live...any ideas?

DO NOTHING this being you 30 and also that if you do she will get what she wants a reaction and that's more satisfying then anything you can do.
I would ignore it nd not let her knwo she is bothering you or she wins it is not worth your time to in the end just make her more happy and him more mad at you probbaly.

it's not worth it. Especially since it could backfire and end up ruining your friendship with your guy friend. she's the one that't being immature and insecure. don't stoop to her level.
IF you decide to do something anyway, wait until you all go out to a club together, then grind with him on the dance floor...

if your friend isnt going to step up to the plate for your guys friendship then maybe you guys arent that close anyways. sent her 30 pizzas and 2 dozen pops and leave her with the bill

or kidnap her garden gnome and send her post cards from him...lol

I think the best way to get revenge is to kill them with kindness. That really pisses them off.

go to your friend and tell him that she doesnt want him to see you because she hates everyone else except him and that one she'll prevent him from seeing anyone else!lol
