Armour Of God 2: Operation Condor.
All of Jackie Chans stunt scenes are great... The stunt where he jumps over a balcony in a shopping mall and slides down the cable of lights is good... Not sure which film that's in though...

Who am I, but the jump from the car park in Rumble in the Bronx is awesome. No ropes, no safety nets, just Jackie Chan.

Who Am I. It's be best for this simple reason:
The fight scene at the end, on the rooftop, is one of the coolest fight scenes in ANY movie!
