You know you have the truth when you have found it. The Holy Spirit testifies of truth. It also does good, entices to pray, and gives you peace. Have you considered that maybe God has manifested which religion has absolute truth? Has he in our day called a prophet? The question is when truth is revealed will man have an open heart and mind to receive it and follow God? It is not logical to conclude that no one has the truth because God does and he does reveal it to those who seek it out. He is not a God of confusion, you are correct in saying that.

1. If they dont think their belief is the absolut truth, they dont believe their religion. So, that's normal to me.
2. I dont think if I will ever reach the absolute truth. What I can do is to do my best, to get closer and closer to the absolute, till I die.
3. I think God doesn't want us to serve Him/Her/It. It is us (and all other creations) who must obey what He/She/It has decided to be. He is The All Mighty that anything must obey. Human has free-will that it is up to their choice to obey God's rules or not but surely there must be concequences for disobeying His order.
4. I think God has already manifest which religion is His Religion, but it is for us to find which.
5. No. God is not a God of confusion. Look at the nature, how orderly is.

The Lord is not a God of confusion. He is the same today as he was yesterday (remember that scripture?). In the past he always worked thorugh prophets, Adam, Isiah, Moses ect. He works the same today. Through the modern prophet, Gordon B. Hinkley, guidance is offered to all who will listen and hear his words. The spirit confirms that which is said. Truth can only be understood through testimony of the Holy Ghost.

Your reasoning is flawed. First, because all religions are based on faith, that is believing in something that can not be positively proven. So you can not know absolutely that your religion is the absolute truth. You must have faith.
Second, if God manifested Himself, only those who believed in Him would believe that He was , in fact, God. If Buddha appeared before me and said he was Buddha, I'd just laugh and ask to see the clock in his belly because I don't believe that Buddha, if he lived/lives at all, is God. But if I was a Buddhist, I'd have a hard time believing anyone who claimed to be The Lord Jesus Christ because I believe that Buddha is God. Get it?

It is a sweeping statement to say God has not manifested which religion has the truth.
If you are humble, could you admit that maybe its out there, BUT you have not yet come across it?
I invite you to analyze Biblical pattern.
By that I mean take a look at Noah and the flood.
A small group, considered weird, but had a handle on the real situation.
The early christians were a small group, considered weird, but time showed they had a handle on the real situation.
Jesus said his real followers would be a small group. Matthew 7:13,14.
Today, if anyone has a handle on the truth, it will be a small group considered a bit weird .....but they have a handle on the real situation.

I have no confusion whatsoever. I know and BELIEVE and have always known that God is real- that Jesus Christ is our Savior and that he is the only way of salvation. I am secure in Christ Jesus- The Lord has revealed the truth to me- I want others to know of His great love! Because there will come a time when it's too late....
Isaiah 65:1
[ Judgment and Salvation ] "I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me; I was found by those who did not seek me. To a nation that did not call on my name, I said, 'Here am I, here am I.'

there are many paths and ways to reach ones destination. one can walk, ride a horse, take a cab, a train, a plane, a bus etc. yet still arrive at the place one wants to go. no method is better than another and arriving there is more important than the means. GOD is to big to be in only one place and the basic differences in one religion and another are the NAMES by which they refer to GOD along with the Rituals and Ceremonies which are used to Honor, Worship, Adore, Pray and Petition, Thank, etc.

The only Truth a person need is this...
John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me
No religion is the true religion though some may tell you they are. The only truth is Christ Jesus... Jim

Actually He has through His word (the Bible). It's unfortunate that some people has taken His word and put "man's" twist on it. It just like back then, people knew of a coming Messiah, but when they had Him, they rejected Him, even when the word prophesied of His coming. They were looking for what their idea of what He would be like. God isn't the author of confusion. Man is.

It's a matter of what you believe in and then you when you know what you believe in then it's easy to believe in that truth. Many people believe in different Gods, so it's not God confusing people, it's people confusing people.
