I have looked at loads of companies and it seems very feasible but I amn't sure about the legality of it. any thoughs or comments on attic conversions, whether relevant or not, are welcome.

He's been fluttering his wings against my window, and I've watched him do it. He's not pecking, he's just coming up to the window and getting so close that his wings are beating against the window when he flies over to it. I work nights, and he does this every morning at about 7:30 or so. It really seems like he wants to get in; god knows, he's been doing this for about three weeks or so. It's kinda driving me batty. Any suggestions as to why he's doing this, and possibly how to stop it, would be sooo welcome...

Just so you know...

Last week, Mr. Rangel, the 36-year House veteran from New York City who will chair the Ways and Means Committee if Democrats win a majority, was asked by Congress Daily whether he'd consider tax increases across the income spectrum. ‘No question about it,’ he said. ‘Everything has to be on the table.’ In another interview with the Bloomberg News he said 'he couldn't think of a single first term Bush tax cut worth saving.' So by his words, 'Everything has to be on the table', 'everything’ would mean repealing the 10% low-income tax bracket, the child tax credit and marriage penalty relief which were proposed by President Bush and passed in 2001.

According to the Treasury Department, repealing those provisions would raise taxes on the average middle income family by about $2,000 a year.

If the economy is in such terrible shape as the Democrats want you to believe, is raising the taxes of middle-class families $2,000 a year a good idea?

My Sheltie is only 6 months old but knows everything for the novice class. There is a UKC show this weekend that I'd like to take her to, they accept late enteries. The only thing is that she hasn't perfected everything. She would probably qualify but wouldn't get a top score. I don't really care about UKC and was thinking of just using it as practice for AKC obedience shows. Should I wait until she's more polished? I know most of you will say 6 months is way too young but she is very advanced. She is more patient and eager to learn than any 1 year old dog I've worked with! What do you think?

Does USA considering using NUKES/ATOMIC BOMB in the future {near or far} ? if not? why do they keep all these bombs alive? why they don't want anyone but THEM to have nukes? why saying NO for North Korea but in the same time give it to ISRAEL !! what do you think about this? { the middle east will be none NUKE area } that's what they say. they might go to war with IRAN to keep that thought !! but in the same time they keep us blind of the truth that ISRAEL have more than 200 Atomic BOMBs some of them {made in USA } & the rest are built in ISRAEL it self. if ISRAEL have the neuclear technology to build the BOMB --> is the middle east really a Nuke Free land?
