I guess you are tensed about your exams and you have a lot of portion to cover.
First relax.
Then plan.
Dont dedicate every waking hour of yours to study. Fix a few hours. Start with may be two hours and then increase the time as you gain concentration and confidence.
See where you stand with each of your subjects or papers.
For the first few days try studying something is a little easy....it helps in two ways....you will finish studying for that particular paper and you will gain some confidence to tackle the more challenging ones.
Try not to have any distractions while your studying...like TV or taking calls during the period you study.
Ask you family members not to disturb you during the time you have fixed for studying.
Try sticking to the same hours everyday for studying.
And also try using the same place everyday for studying. ( Until you find a corner in your room where you feel you could concentrate better, keep trying various corners, chairs etc.,)
If you like you can try having coffee or tea to stimulate you mind. (only if you are already used to having them...sometimes drinking coffee might give you headaches)
Just before you start studying, light a candle and just keep watching the movements in the flame. Try not to think of anything else and just keep looking at it ...may be for 2 to 5 minutes. Then blow it off and start studying. This might help to clear you mind and ready it for studying.
When you start to study, if you feel you are not concentrating, start writing a few sentences you are reading...the ones you feel are important or the ones that strike to you....slowly you will start concentrating. Also these things that you write down sometimes get imprinted in your memory.
I hope these tips help you. There is no such thing as you cannot study...keep trying and you will be able to.
Good Luck

That can be answered but would take several pages to clearly get the point across... One of the major of the major points is to (possibly in YOUR case).. is tol divide your work into small, short-range goals. For example(as I see it):
A. Don't set a goal as vague and large as ... "I am going to spend all day Saturday studying!" You will only set yourself up for failure and discouragement.
B. Take the time block that you have scheduled for study and set a reachable study goal. (for example: finish reading 3 sections of chapter seven in my Psych. text, or complete one math problem, or write the rough draft of the introduction to my English paper, etc.)
C. Set your goal when you sit down to study but before you begin to work.

Why cant you study? Are u worried about something or u're just tired frequently. Try to know why then that would be half the problem solved. Meanwhile i usually take coffee. It heightens brain activities so you can try that but be careful some people react, headaches, irritants etc to coffee

It is all about time mangemnts and schedulig. make very short term targets with time limits. then make a little bit longer term targets and so on. reward yourself after you finish each target by things you like. take time out between periods of study for fresh air or TV shows that you like.
God help.

Try putting some soft soothing music and lighting scented candles, first, then pick the books - works for me to destress myself before my exams. I have never failed any exam.

You have to put time aside to study and read the book. No computer or internet.
