Look we're the only superpower. We have nukes as a deterrent. Would we use them? Sure if we needed to, but that would be a last resort. As to Israel, they are our ally and Thus we let them keep nukes as a deterrent. It is one way for Ismael to ensure not being over run by its enemies in the middle east. Why can't Iran have nukes? Israel has never provided proof they possess nuclear weapons as the belief is enough of a deterant to keep arab nations from attacking. The US or anyone else have not made nukes for Israel.
I don't believe the US will use nuclear weapons but must have them as a deterant for country leaders with eluded goals.
Would you really allow North Korea to have nuclear weapons when they dont have a democratically elected leader. And why do they need them? South korea, Japan and China all provide aid to them.
Iran should not try to develop nuclear weapons as it will affect stability in the middle east and ultimately cause poverty. Iran should be trying to repair relations with other world powers and not causing problems for itself.
