I just finished watching VH1's 100 greatest 80's songs and just couldn't believe the number one song. It sucks. Come on I like Bon Jovi but "Livin on a Prayer is is certainly not the best song of the 80's not even in the top 100. Let's have have our own little vote. What's your favorite 80's song?

I can't tell if my cat is sick, & would like some help. Recently, he has lost a significant amount of weight (to name one issue), however he eats regularly as he always has. He drinks the same amount of water, & I think his bathroom habits are the same. He's always been playful, rather active & hasn't had fleas or any other illness that I'm aware of.

I've been letting him out a lot lately. The only visible issue is a small case of fleas, but his attitude has been out of control. We have another cat, whom he doesn't get along with & has hissed at & fought with. Recently, he's started craving a lot of attention, howling more, & has started hissing & growling at me, & scratching violently, just after getting attention or fed.

He's never been so genuinely aggressive, & with the weight loss & constant attention need, I can't help but think something is wrong. It's like I've swapped cats with the neighbor.

Does anyone have any insight as to what may be wrong, if anything?

My (non-fixed)cat ran away yesterday, I actually found it last night in the bushes outside my house, but it ran away when I tried to pick it up and now I can't find it. I put some food out for it and it came and at ate but again ran away. What can I do to catch it? If I leave the food out do you think it will come back tomorrow? This is the 3rd time she's ran away but before we found her in hours and its been over a day now.

My husband has two children, ages 6 and 11. Their mother sends the oldest to us with a pre-paid cell phone. We've had several issues including his staying up at night to play games on the phone. Also, when he gets in trouble, he calls mom, tells her part of the story and usually not even close to the truth. Last, he's run the phone out of minutes on several occasions and cannot account for the time. Those phone are quite expensive to recharge! He's proven to us he's just not mature enough to handle the responsibility of having a cell phone. Another concern is the fact that their mom won't call to talk to the youngest child which breaks our daughter's heart. We have never not allowed the children to call their mother when they're with us and we do not listen in on their conversations. There's no reason she cannot call the house phone our cells to talk with the kids. Are we within our rights to tell her no to sending our son to us with a cell phone? Any advice on the situation?

i jus got laid off as a personal trainner at the gym i was working o well my boss was an A** any way. but he said the reason i got laid off was because he said personal training wasn't for me. It hurts very much to see non christians do their little "research" on the origins of OUR<(*cough coucgh*who said that?) beloved holiday christmas. the facts are: yes. the early church, on having converted many pagans, placed christmas, and valentines day and such on the dates of pagan holidays. that is the facts. however if you are not Catholic you will not know WHY the early Christians did this. The early christians understood what it means for very large cultures to suddenly convert their religion, and they wanted to replace their old traditions with new ones that they could cherish and understand in the same way. For example; if there was a tree they belived to be spiritual or significant in their pagan beliefs, the apostles would bless the tree and consencrate it to God, so that it did not take away the tradtions but instead replaced it with a christian one. for Christmas, instead of celebrating the sun god on dec. 25th, the new christians celebrated the birth of Jesus. opinions?

how do you do them?

someone told me you just draw it on with permanent marker, put sunscreen on and lay out in the sun and it'll appear, will that work? or is there another method?
