Some people say it's not good because it comes from a storage tank and could have bugs in it. I often heard we should take cold water from the cold tap and boil it if we want to avoid drinking any bugs.

I have some weight issues and have started to walk each night for about 45 min or so. I have also added some pole to pole sprints in the mix every few days to help change it up. I have also done the whole cut back on eating thing. I am only worried now that I may lose too much too fast because it can be hard on the body to shead weight too fast. But how much is too much when trying to lose weight?

I have a perfect son and I want to have another child which my husband does not. I dont want him to be alone. I lost both of my parents and I have siblings that I am so greatful for. My husband has siblings that aren't married and not looking to have children. My neices and newphews from my siblings are so much older than my son by like 10 years. Am I being selfish or am I being logical??

I'm 31 years old and have a 7 year old daughter and currently 20 weeks pregnant. When my son is born my daughter will be 8 years old, I'm pretty sure I want my tubes tied after this, but if I decide that in 3 years I want to have another baby(just a thought) how hard/painful is it to have the reversal done? I'll be around 34 years old, does it usually work having it reversed? Thanks

One of the fish in my tank has come down with Ich so I am now in the process of treating my entire tank for Ich. At the recommendations of a fish store, all of the decorations, plastic plants, live plants and carbon filter have been removed. I am using NOX-Ich and have raised the temperature in the tank to 82 degrees. The fish store recommended treating for a period of no less than a week so as to avoid having subsequent break outs. My first question - only one of my fish has any appearance of Ich - what do I do with this fish? I know I'm supposed to assume all fish are infected and treat the whole tank, but do I wait for this platty to get better/die or flush her now? Also, when I put everything back in the tank in a week or two do I need to treat the decorations/plants, and if so with what and how? Besides NOX-Ich (sodium chloride and malachite green) should I treat with anything else besides frequent water changes?

My boyfriend still speaks to his ex and i accept that because they were together a long time and split up on good terms but recently i went down to by where she lives and she called and when she found out i was there she wouldn't come over instead she moaned at my boyfriend but now she won't stop calling him everyday and seeing if he's okay and tellin him he's got to sort himself out instead of keep coming to see my he needs to knuckle down!!! There isn't even a problem with him he goes to work etc!!! Why is she being like this i wouldn't mind meeting her getting on with her etc but i don't like the phone calls he has everyday and they aren't quick calls either there 15-30 minute calls!! I appreciate my boyfriend telling me cos he could have lied to me but why can't she just let him be and let him get on with his own life instead of tryin to rule him still and acting like his mom!!!!
