Our dog was hit by a car and broke his pelvic bone right at the joint. we want to know what our options are other then surgery for him to get better. please help, if we can't find another option, we will have to put him to sleep.

i missed a whole week of speech class in college. they did a group presentation and i missed it and the only way the teacher will let me make up the grade is if i have a good excuse so i emailed her and told her it was a family situation that caused my absence. someone tell me a good family situation excuse to use.

I lack confidence meeeting people and would like to learn how to be more socially skilled especially in larger social gatherings such as parties. Can anyone recommend good movies in which the main character(s) excel (are highly confident) in:
a) meeting and conversing with strangers
b) being the life of the party

I'd like to study their behaviours.

I've asked my wife a few times to let me see her myspace. But she won't (It's set to private). What would you do in my situation. I try to give her whatever she wants and she still seems to hate me. It's like the TV and her computer games come before me. We have 1 child and another on the way. I can't stand being treated like this anymore, I feel like crap. She can be really mean for no reason. But I've tried so hard. I don't force her to do anything she dosen't want to do, like work or clean, I don't give her all kind of crap or yell (to much). But she just wont let me see it. Now she's threating to leave me cause she hates me and the house we live in.

Ok so I work part-time in an office and there was this really hot chick with whom I used to work. Every week I would change my wall paper to some art piece and every week I she and I would interpret the art peice. We would call it our weekly art lesson. She left the company a few months back but last week she e-mailed one of my coworkers. Among other things she stated that she would like to know how I was doing and that she missed our weekly art lessons. She is really hot and I am so not hot, not fat just not hot. I recently saw the Tom Hanks movie Terminal. What is the significance of the old Indian sweeper walking towards the approaching aircraft with his mop, and declaring he's going home?
Why is this scene placed immediately after the one where the airport security director tells Navorski (Hanks) that he has a dossier on several airport menial staff (all Hanks' friends), and that if he refuses to return home, he would get them all into trouble for their current or past misdeeds?
Also, why does the director insist on Hanks going home even after he received his visa?
I found this a little confusing. Can someone please throw some light on this? Or direct me to an address where I can put forward this query? Thanks
