Don't drink beer, it does bad things for a good solid stomach.

if you're looking for all around "trimming" then cardio vascular exercise and diet is the ticket. you can do all the sit ups, crunches, leg raises in the world; but, if you have that layer of fat over those nicely developed abs there's no point to it. try and get atleast 3 sessions of cardio (nothing crazy, just about 20 - 30 minutes each session) a week. make sure you cut back on the saturated fats and carbs. you still need some carbs for energy so don't cut them all the way out. try and get your good fats (or essential fatty acids i.e - omega 3 and omega 6) from fish or supplements. a mild fat burner is not going to kill you either, make sure you follow the directions to the "t". don't get frustrated if it takes awhile to notice, remember to always be patient and stay persistant.

I am your age and there really isn't a "fast" way to do anything. You body takes time to adjust. If you do anything to the extream, your body could go into shock and have a even worse effect then you started. But a good way to get your stomach firm would be:
Stomach
1) stretch for a good 10 min. Then run/jog in place to get your blood flowing.
2) after you are a little warmed up, lay down on your back.
3) while on your back, place your hands under your butt.
4) lift both your legs only, while they are extended completely. go as high as you can without moving your upperbody (swinging, rocking, or any upperbody movement). go about 90 degrees and when coming down, do not let your legs hit the floor. bring it down to about 2~4inches from the ground then lift them back up in the air again. do about 20 of those, then relax for about 15~20 seconds then do it again.
mind you that your legs have to be stright in order for you to get a good stomach workout.

besides that, you can do the traditional sit ups/crunches.

hope this helps :)
