I'm suppose to explain this quote:

I have not been on this site very long but I have noticed a lot of rude and hateful answers to the questions people post about their pets. I can understand the need to get the message across about spaying/neutering/and vaccinations but do you people have to do it in such a nasty way? Not everybody can be high and mighty or have a pocket full of money, but can they atleast get some credit for trying to help thier pets or a stray that wondered their way? Heaven help those of you who might need some advice one day as you may get the same back that you gave out. I admire those with a good heart that try to do right no matter the circumstance. Does anyone agree?

Blacks people make up 20% of the population in AMerica and 80% of the prison population. I was wondering why seeing that we have just as many black judges and cops as white. We have law enforcement of all races and it just can not be a raciest thing.

Is there anyone out who believes that USA has not had nukes in space for years. USA has a very poor record of sticking to the Treaties that it signs. Treaties are for others to stick to NOT the USA they feel at liberty to break its word at ANY time it likes.

I am 21, married, mom. I have never had a credit card before, neither has my husband. The little bit of credit I have is bad from when I was single and struggling. Can anyone help me figure out what the numbers in CPUs are for? What exactly they mean and what each one really does. This will help me a lot in figuring out which processor I buy.
A core Duo, or a core 2 duo.. AMD perhaps?
I heard something about getting a low voltage since they generate less heat (for notebooks). Is this worth the sacrifice?
