I'm a beginner guitarist, but have been playing piano, drums and singing for years. I understand that in guitar, Gm = G minor, but what does the G7 chord stand for? like Gm is the G chord in minor, but what is the G7 chord in relation to just the regular G chord?

and also, does anyone have any songwriting tips? i have the vocal notes down (the rhythms are slowly coming along), but i just am having trouble finding chords and chord changes that fit with my song (there aren't any key changes in the song, but i dont want to be playing the same guitar chord throughout the whole song!)

I'm 16 / male and I have a boyfriend 16/ male too. We liked each other alot before we got together. Now that we're together, it seems like I'm sort of the one who plans every outing, text him first and stuff like that. I tell him "i love you" every night, he'll just reply a "good night". He's not the mushy type though. So i don't know if he loves me or not. His mom says that he has very little emotions and i agree too. So maybe I shouldn't blame him for not saying "i love you too", or is it that he doesn't love me? I get very depressed when I think of him. I don't know why. He is very very addicted to computer games. Now that school's out, he spends even more time with his computer. I plan to stay over often in his house so i could be next to him when he is game-ing. I bought him a present for our One Month's anniversary. However, he didnt get anything for me. Can someone please tell me what should I do now? I don't know how long more I can take this. But I can't bear to leave him.

ok, so my parents r bein a$$ holes and wont let me out of the house b/c an essay that I did didnt meet their "expectations", and they r makin me fix it. Anyway, my gf and I were supposed 2 go bowling tonight, and i told her that I couldnt get out of the house, she sounded really let down. My 3 year old daughter has eczema "Atopic Dermatitis" since she was born. We tried everything from Prescribed Steroid and Non Steroid Medication to Natural things like (Drinking Herbal Tea, ). Tried MSM . Seriously i think I tried everything. My wife cleans the house everyday(Mops and Vaccums). She is total neat Freak. Steroid cream does temperaliy make it better. I feel so guilty putting that on her.

We never use scented detergents, never wears anything but 100% cotton, Used Eucerin , Vaseline , Seriously we tried all the asian methods also. Nothing seems to work. I was hoping and praying that there is a cure. I know there is no cure in western medicine. And we are trying some herbal medicine right now. It is not cheap but working on it. they say it needs to be taken for 6 months. I've heard from 3 different people that this worked for their kids. I hope this is the miracle.

Please let me know if there is a miracle out there?

i know at one time there was a big deal about the fact manufacturers were putting lead in candle wicks(small metal like thing that ran thru the middle of the wick) i thought they made that illegal? i've recently purchaces a few candles w/what looks to be a piece of lead running thru the middle of the wick, is it possible?
