XOFTSPY is a great program. Also tools-settings-Internet options-delete-clear all files, and stop visiting the porn sites. (Someone is)

Open your browser and go to internet options. From the menu choose security and advanced. Go into the cookies file and delete anything that looks suspicious to you. Good Luck! :-)=
