The Holy City, New Jerusalem , as described in the book of Revelation chapter 21, measures twelve thousand furlongs, the length and the breadth and the height of it are equal. That in modern terms equals a Square Cube of 1,500 miles. Can we as humans grasp that concept? Thank You

It's one of many things in the Bible God writes about that are difficult for the human mind to grasp. That's where Faith comes in.

u sound like you have a problem with believing what God said, and if you do, then don't you worry about how wide it is...you won't be there. For those who do believe, yes they can grasp the concept. The real question is...can u?

No, I don't get it. At all. 1,500 miles up into the sky?? Maybe we won't be using most of the vertical portion. I like symmetry, though, so that's good. :o)

we can grasp the concept of the size. what we are incapable of grasping is the joy and power and glory of God that we will see.
