ok, so my parents r bein a$$ holes and wont let me out of the house b/c an essay that I did didnt meet their "expectations", and they r makin me fix it. Anyway, my gf and I were supposed 2 go bowling tonight, and i told her that I couldnt get out of the house, she sounded really let down. So is she mad at me, (would u be?)and if she is, how can I make it up to her? (we r goin out on fri. hopefully) PLS HELP ME. thx everyone.

If she's mad, she shouldn't be. Your parents are still your parents and can control your social life. She might have to break a date for the same reason one night. She's probably just let down. Take a few minutes before school to let her know how special she is and that it really wasn't your preference not to be with her. I'm sure she'll be more than happy.

Of course she is mad. She is mad that she didnt get to go out and have a good time with the boy she is seeing. Period.
Does she have the right to be mad, maybe...did you try your best on the essay or did you rush through it to have fun...but, regardless, she will get over it before you know it. You guys are young, things like this pass in a heartbeat.
To make it up to her, get her a teddy bear and some balloons, and the trick is, to give it too her at school so that all her friends can see. She will be exstatic! She will be the envy of all the teenage girls in school. Nothing is better than too booste the girls ego at that age and to do it so all can see. Seriously. Make her queen for a day and she will think nothing else of it. Then go out on Friday and show her the time of her life. Keep her happy, keep her laughing, and hey, maybe even on Friday pick up another teddy bear or some flowers. Nothing expensive, a little bear..I know you are on a teenagers budget, but Im telling you the baloons and teedy bear at school should do the trick.

if your girlfriend has any sence she won't be it sounds like it's not your falut your parents are picky about your school work what I would do is get it right and when your able take her out for a great night to see a movie she's been wanting real bad to see ( witch you can find out from her friends not her make it a surpise ) then take her out to her fav place to eat then bowling and get her fav flowers for her she may not be mad but she might be upset that she didn't get to spend time with you and it sounds like your upset about it and seeing that smile on her face will make you feel better.

She's probably was just looking forward 2 the date and so make it up 2 her by taking her bowling some other time.good luck!
