I have to answer "yes" to your question since I myself once ejaculated 15 times in the space of 48 hours during the course of a weekend. I was about 14 or so and doing a "test" to see how often I could do it.

Yes it's physically possible, however the penis needs a refraction period (down-time). Semen is for procreation and only a small amount is needed to successuflly fertilize an egg. To ejaculate that much or more in two days would contribute to lowering your sperm count. Lower sperm count decreases the chances that sperm can fertilize an egg. In other words it would make it difficult to have your own kids.
