I mean anyone who saw American History X can say he had a oscar-worthy role in the movie. I personaly think he is a very underated actor just because he only had one really good movie he's acted in(American History X), and hasn't acted in that many movies. I think once he catchs on eye of a director, hes going to be a top movie actor don't you agree?

Im looking to by a nice gaming laptop. I want one with a good graphics card and wireless card. I want a laptop so i can easily go to my friends houses and do lan partys. I was looking into a Alien ware but the price just seems to add up fast when costumizing.

What are some good graphics ranges and such that will give me the edge on gaming. I probably will use it to write papers but thats i dont need to spend spendy software money on microsoft word or anything.

Looking around the 1000-2000 dollar range

Any tips/tricks ect that will help me out is appreciated

I have started a low calorie diet (about 1500 calories a day) with moderate exercise everyday too (at least some walking or bike riding, if not more intense stuff.) My base metabolic rate at my current weight is calculated to be 1999 calories and my semi-active (definitely not sedentary) lifestyle takes my total calories burned a day to about 3200. That's not counting any additional burned through vigorous exercise that I do as often as I can each week. So far, I've managed to survive without going crazy on about 1500 calories a day, though on days when I jog 2 miles I am very hungry later and eat more.

So I've heard that if you don't give your body enough calories it will just stop burning them as efficiently. How long does that take to occur and do I need to be worried about it in this case? What can I do to keep my metabolism from slowing down on a reduced calorie diet? Thanks!

I know they will be hiding behind their military and war supporting ignorant people. And they are not likely to be peacefull as long as their pathetic lives last. Cowards ususally do not venture in to reality ever. ( I saw on TV the tough americans running like rats on 911. This tougher Bush was a shaken president then , being supported towards underground bunkers and what not. )
