age-23,weight-75kg.ht-165 cms.I am presently staying in sweden.I eat non-veg twice a week.I would like to know the perfect diet which provides good health.I can do physical exercises also.I eat more spicy foods.I would also like to know about other food stuffs that gives less fat and keep the body energitic throughout the day.I also eat more food when i feel hungry or tired.

I'm having a difficult time understanding why there seem to be so many non-believers posting Q&A's in this area, when either you don't believe in any God, or do, but don't care to try to find him or are satan "worshippers" (which most consider to be anti-religion). Why are you here? Most of you brag about caring more about the planet, environment, global warming, ect. than those who believe in god, but you come to this site, where peoples of different religions dicuss and hopefully work out differences and what do you do. You make insults and harrass and generally try to stir hatreds. Your actions speak for themselves. Maybe we of different religions should stop fighting each other and realize who the real enemy is. It's you, the anti-religious, the ones who will ultimiately make all, who seek god, hide in secret to worship and force us into bondage.

does a yeast infection 'always' have discharge and smell with it? I dont have those two symptoms, but have the sensitive itchyness a couple of times leading up to my period.

When ever i walk farther than 200m or something, i get a stich, but when i run i dont dont get one. I am a teenager who weighs just over 9 stone. I play rugby 5 times a week and go to the gym 2 times a week, so I am not unfit! I probably dont eat enough fruit and veg (who does) but am not too bad. I have a reasonably balanced diet and try not to have too much chocolate or sweets, but sometimes go mad. So why whenever i am walking (just normaly, like in town or something) do i get a tight feeling just below my rib-cage?
