age-23,weight-75kg.ht-165 cms.I am presently staying in sweden.I eat non-veg twice a week.I would like to know the perfect diet which provides good health.I can do physical exercises also.I eat more spicy foods.I would also like to know about other food stuffs that gives less fat and keep the body energitic throughout the day.I also eat more food when i feel hungry or tired.

The best way to loose weight is by following the following rule of 5:

1- Exercise sessions per day
2- Litres of water per day
3- Balanced low fat meals per day
4- Cups of salad/vegtables per day
5- Optional treats per week

That is a rule givern to me by my nutrisionalist! She said that water might not seem important but it is one of the most!!

For the meals try and keep the plate:
50% Salad/vegtables
25% Carbohydrates
25% Protein

Try and make an exersise plan that just consists of an exersise session for 30mins at first but then after a week or 2 increase that to an hour a day!

Keep to your diet and your exersise sessions and its practically garenteed that you will loose some weight.. i have actually lost 10kg in 2 months and without the help of pills! Its brilliant lol, i sound like an advertisment... lol.

PS. When looking at a food label look out for the following and there limitations means the foods are good and safe to eat!:
Fat Total < 3g
Carbohydrates Total < 20g
Sodium < 350g

U can loose weight!

By Exercise (Every day) Morning & Evening (Never excersise more for losing more waight, It will cost wrong)

By Drinking Sufficient water ( This is the natural medicine which effects a lot)

By Proper time of fooding with Balanced Diet( This is the Key of every thing)

By taking salads & green vegtables( This will help in removal of fat cotaints)

By being in Happy mind always( This provides a good and healty life)
&
Last but not the least Regular Treatment

Note:
For proper diet please consult u r physician.

Take less Spicy foods.

Eating Fruits is better then foods when u r hungry or tired

I lost 65 pounds on the Atkins Diet. You don't go hungry either.Give it a try.

1.drink a lot of water
2.drink lime juice with out sugar
3.do daily exercise morning and evening

drink a lots of water. if you feel hungry....drink water....eat small amounts of food...and drink lots of water.
