I am a hopeful first-time homebuyer in Denver, CO. Having never done this before, I don't know how much of a down payment I should plan to make (%). I know there are programs to do it with no down payment, but I think it would be better to make one. I have heard that mortgage insurance may be required if I don't make a big enough down payment. Can I expect, 5%, 7.5%, 10%, other %? Thanks!

This excruciating pain I've had in my breasts for the last week and a half is driving me insane. Do I need to go get a mammogram? Could it be the caffiene I drink? I'm only 22, but is that too young to be worried about cancer?

Sadly im slowly going bald. At the moment i have about shoulder lenght hair, but i am getting increasingly thin on top. Im considering going back to short hair, but want to keep it styled. If i do go short, i would either go like Green Day's Billy-joe Armstong, or like Papa Roach's Coby Dick. Problems is i cant decide which. So I need your Vote!

the few items received, I noticed that the packaging was a major problem. The items are leather clothing and with the packaging currently used, the leather tends to get damaged and the boxes are somewhat destroyed. Does anyone know of any companies located in China that deal with cartons, price reasonable and trustworthy?

Ok everyone I want to see if you can top this married or otherwise

My most embarrassing moment happened when I was 18 there was a party at my neighbors house all the family was across the street and I took my girlfriend back over to my house for some fun. Well we didn't think anyone would come back over and she was on her knee's doing something . She had just finished with it still in her mouth(she didn't swallow) and my Brother and his wife walked in. My pants down, Her shirt off and her face buried in my lap. good thing my bro and his wife were cool about it. She ran, I covered up best I could with her shirt and My sis in law turned bright red and they went outside for a few mins till we could all compose our selves and they could stop laughing. true story and can you beat that ?

I have a 7 year old daughter and I just found out I'm having a BOY, i'm so excited and a little scared too.
