I go to the gym at least 3 times a week, max 5 times in the mornings for 30 minute sessions-I go to a gym called "curves" designed with a special rutine to loose weigh. Unfortunately, I am losing weigh only in my butt, legs but my body trunk is not getting thin...thus I feel completely despoportioned---this really concerns me, I do not want to have a carrot shaped body-PLEASE HELP ME!!

ok she is my best friend and she doesnt believe me when i say shes hot i always give her reasons why she is and she never seems to believe me. shes got brown eyes, soft straight brown hair, a beautiful smile with her super straight teeth, soft skin, a skinny little body she has an hour glass shape, she has skinny arms and legs but not so skinny that if you poke her she will break in half shes perfect, she is 5 foot 4 inches tall, 15 years old and shes only 112 pounds. please be serious and if you need any more info tell me. i dont have a picture so dont even ask

He used to eat a jar of stage 2 - 3 times a day plus cereal and fruit puffs and nursing now he barley eats one jar a day and barley cereal or the puffs. He is still nursing well. It dosent bother my sister she says he is fine but it bothers me. Is this a normal eating pattern???

I added Bronze Corydoras to a fish tank containing a Pearl gourami, a Blue gourami, a Paradise fish, and some snails. Is my fish combination okay? What do I feed the Bronze Corys? Will they eat algae, snails, and left-over food? Can I add Bronze Corys to my other tank containing a Betta fish? Any other fish I can add to my tanks?

I have a BASH script that is kicked off via CRON. It checks to see if any new file has arrived. If so, it unzips the file via gunzip.

The problem is that if the file is very large (i.e. 5gb+) the script will not finish before cron launches a new instance. Now I have two instances trying to unzip the same file.

So, my solution is to touch .file.ext.lock and then try to unzip. When the unzip is done, I rm -f .file.ext.lock. That way, if another instance wakes up and finds the lock file, it will just echo that a lock file exists and exit.

I was wondering if this is the best way to do it though. Do you see any flaws in this and if so, how would you go about resolving the flaws.

my daughter saids her heart races when she has the hot flashs and it will last about 3 to 5 mins. She has left her class because of being embarrass afraid that someone might see her sweaty armpits stained on her shirt, she does say that there is not an oder but can't handle the over uncontrolable and over whelming hotness she feels all over, maybe theres someone here that might know?
